I found out about Jonathan on Nextdoor when he was recommended by several local residents. I was impressed by the pictures and what was said about his team's quality of work and promptness. Jonathan gave us an estimate for the work that we wished to have done, which included re-tiling a bathroom floor and putting up a backsplash in our kitchen, as well as some repairs (patching drywall, finishing a threshold between two rooms, and refinishing a wood bannister) that needed to be done. Once we approved what we thought to be a fair estimate, we paid 30% down and scheduled the work to be done. Jonathan's team kept us informed every step of the way. The team arrived promptly, worked diligently, and completed the work expertly in three consecutive days. I consider myself very picky and I am also protective of our 100 year-old home. I felt this team was very respectful of our home and completed quality work as if they were doing the work on their very own home. I would highly recommend Jonathan and his team for your home repairs and tile work. A shout out to Johnny's wife, Kim, who fielded all phone calls, answered all our questions promptly, and treated us so kindly.

Excellent speedy professional service at a reasonable cost

Johnny came to fix lock on my front door which was tricky. He tried one way and they did not have a part so he bought new lock and used 2 parts from that and it worked beautifully. He can solve problems very well!

Jonathon came by to replace my toilet today. The process was very profesional. I got a text confirmation the previous day. He arrived on time. Removed the toilet and even brought his own wax toilet ring because he said he doesn’t like the rings that come with the toilets because they are half the size and don’t last. The toilet I bought was slightly higher the old toilet and needed a longer water supply line. He went out and bought it for the project. Everything was cleaned up before he left. Very satisfied with his work and professionalism. I also showed him a bathroom I was interested in remodeling. He encouraged to me just fix what needed fixing and was not trying to sell me on what didn’t need to be replaced so that he can make more money. That was honestly that I appreciated. I would definitely recommend him!

I have a split level, my window sill was leaking into the house, i didn't know it at the time so i called permaseal, they were very quick to get a deposit and dip on me, i did a little demo and realized the window sill was the issue, i have 1 year old windows but the previous owner used friggen bathroom tile on the window sill. it cracked and of course was leaking. after i had to literally call management at permaseal to get my deposit back (not a foundation leak) i called Kim ant Johhnyfix. we scheduled service, it happened to be too cold to apply concrete to my window sill. and i quote "mike, when it warms up to acceptable temps I'm going to call you and we will get this done" she did exactly that. the work was awesome. I'm now having them refinish my basement. they are halfway through that and it looks so friggen good. fair quotes too. listen, these guys are the real deal. great business, i am very happy. Kim, next step, I'm demoing my bathroom. need you guys to put it all back together!!!!
